CIC and CRM designees who attend the entire two-day Symposium may receive update credit. For attending both days (Tuesday and Wednesday) of this Symposium, Florida has approved five CE credit hours, Hawaii has approved four hours, Nebraska and New York have each approved nine hours, South Dakota has approved 10 hours, and Washington has approved eight hours. All other states have approved 12 hours of CE credit for attending both days of this Symposium.
If you want state CE credit, CPE credit or CIC/CRM update credit, you must attend all sessions and sign the appropriate sign-in sheets. State attendance requirements will be strictly enforced. State Reporting Fees
State reporting fees vary by state and are normally $4 to $20. If you plan to request CE credit, be prepared to provide your license and/or NPN number and credit card information to cover your reporting fees.
To receive CE credit, you must pay applicable fees and complete a CE Request Form onsite at the event.
