Registration is available online here, or you can download the Exhibitor Registration Form and fax it to Chris Yount at 972-934-4299.

Exhibit Hall Hours

The Exhibit Hall will be available for move-in on Monday, September 15 at 12:30pm until 5:00pm.

The Exhibit Hall will be open at the following times:

Monday	6:00pm - 8:00pm

Tuesday	7:30am - 5:00pm

Wednesday	7:30am - 12:00pm

Logos and Designs

Logos, Descriptions and categories must be submitted no later than August 24, 2007 in order to be included on the Website and in the program.

Logos should be 300 dpi. in .jpg, .tiff, or .eps format, outline vector art, Adobe Illustrator 10 or earlier or large format .jpg 4" across. Description should be no more than 50 words.

Private Meeting Rooms

We have made available for private, enclosed meeting rooms right off the show floor that will allow you talk to prospects and customers behind closed doors.

Exhibitor Updates

Exhibitor updates will be sent out, keeping you up to date on the Forum, deadlines, and other important information. Be sure to have your IT department white-list einsurancesymposium.com.

Attendee List

Attendee list will be provided to all exhibitors and sponsors approximately one (1) month prior to the symposium and a final list within one month of the event. These are one time only list.

Venue Floorplan

The exhibit hall will be located on the ground floor in the Lakewood I and II rooms and in the Turtle Creek I, II, and III rooms.
