The quality of the speakers and their presentations was impressive. 2009 was my first Symposium. It was definitely worthwhile. As a risk manager, I need to be aware of innovations by insurers and brokers. When evaluating potential insurers and brokers, their specific products and services are the primary focus. How innovative those potential vendors are is another important consideration, and will be of increasing importance. Would like more information on how to implement ERM programs Should have vendors and consultants attend to share information on how to implement ERM programs.
