Krista Tankersley is Executive Vice President and a founding shareholder of MarketScout.com and CIC Select.com, both subsidiaries of Insurance Data Systems, Inc. MarketScout develops business strategies, which include product distribution, automation and management of the underwriting process. Ms. Tankersley has overall management responsibility for the operations of MarketScout. She is also heavily involved in sales and marketing initiatives to independent agencies, MGA’s and insurance companies. Since the initial launch of MarketScout in the spring of 2000, she has led the team in securing over 68,000 agents/users and 60 insurance companies who have adopted the MarketScout model.

Ms. Tankersley was instrumental in developing and launching CIC Select, the exclusive program for CICs. The program is a strategic partnership between The National Alliance, AIG, and MarketScout.

Prior to launching MarketScout, Ms. Tankersley held the position of Operational Vice President in the US Holding Company of Lambert Fenchurch, the sixth largest broker in the world. At Lambert Fenchurch she was a key member of the M&A team which acquired insurance entities such as MGAs, TPAs, Retail Agencies, Wholesaler Brokers, Employee Benefits and Reinsurance companies. During her tenure at LFUS, she held the position of Corporate Secretary for The Kooper Group, New Century Global, Inc. and Lambert Fenchurch US Holdings Inc. She also was a board member of Platinum Safety & Claims Services.

Ms. Tankersley has extensive experience in administration of the legal process related to acquiring and managing newly formed insurance entities, particularly in the distribution field.

Ms. Tankersley recently completed her third year as Chairman of AIG’s Regional Producer Council. She has been a Member of the Board of Directors for Certified Insurance Service Representatives since 2002 and is the current Chairman of the Board. Ms. Tankersley developed the CISR Scholarship and Elite Service programs sponsored by MarketScout.
