Frank Sentner

Frank Sentner founded Soulware, Ltd. in September 1996 to provide consulting services to the insurance industry, specializing in the implementation of technology solutions designed to improve business process integration between insurance carriers and independent agencies. Senter has helped organizations with a number of important projects spanning Web-based system integration, technology vision reviews, risk portal redesign, and Internet strategy. Companies that Sentner has helped include Main Street America Group; ChannelPoint/InsurQuote P&C insurance operations; The Hartford; XL America; USI Insurance Services; Insurance Technology Services of America; and USF&G.

Since founding Soulware, Sentner took the post of CIO for Metro Partners, a managed agency organization, which managed 38 agencies on an outsource basis using service center and Internet technology. His responsibilities include all aspects of call center and data center management including evaluation, site selection, design and implementation; design and implementation for telecommunications infrastructure and telephone systems; software selection for call management, IVR, voice mail, email, call monitoring, staff scheduling, CTI, Web-chat, comparative rating and agency management; and remote agent Internet portal software selection, development and implementation.

In 1984, Sentner founded CISCO Technologies, Inc. where as President, he designed and directed development of the agency management system which is today called Sagitta. In 1989, CISCO Technologies won the contract to provide the next generation of agency management systems for Aetna. In 1992, CISCO Technologies merged with the Gemini division of Aetna to form CISGEM, which was controlled by the former management of CISCO. CISGEM was acquired by AMS Services in 1995 and Sentner was appointed Senior Vice President for Technology, responsible for supervising the technology assets assigned to agency management, comparative rating, policy administration, and other technology divisions.
